Interest Only: The Borrower is responsible for only paying the interest each month, subject to a monthly minimum of $25, while enrolled at least half-time in school and during the immediate six months after leaving school (Grace Period). Following the Grace Period, the Loan will go into the repayment period. 2. Proactive Payment: – The Borrower is responsible for only making monthly payments of $25 while enrolled at least half-time in school and during the immediate six months after leaving school (Grace Period). Unpaid interest accrues during this period and is added to the outstanding Loan amount (capitalized) at the end of the in-school period. Following the Grace Period, the Loan will go into the repayment period.

      Thank you for your question. The student has to apply with the parent as the cosigner.
