Educators Video Banking

Educators Video Banking is Educators Credit Union’s video banking service. It virtually brings experts from our branches to your laptop, desktop or mobile device to assist you and save a trip to the branch. The service is currently offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. It is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.

While members can use our other E-Services to manage their accounts, you’ll need the assistance of an Educators staff member to add or remove a signee, add checking or other shares to your account, or stop a payment on a check or digital transaction. Educators Video Banking is not available for opening business accounts at this time.

Educators Video Banking gives you the power to speak with a local member finance representative from one of our 24 branches and bring the meeting to you. Learn how to use Educators Video Banking on your desktop here.
