The Member Loyalty Widget in Online and Mobile Banking displays the total amount of your deposit.

When you log into your account, just go to the Member Loyalty Widget on the left side of the page (Note: you may have to search under the “More” icon). The widget shows how much you’ve earned so far this year. Compare that to the reward table and see how you can get even more with Member Loyalty!

Unlock Your Member Loyalty1

To start earning money for your Member Loyalty in 2020, you’ll need to unlock it with a checking account and at least five withdrawals per month from any share linked to your account (savings, checking, credit, etc.). Withdrawals can be any combination of a:

  • Debit or credit card purchase.
  • Check withdrawal.
  • Automatic payment.
  • Bill Pay.
  • ATM withdrawal.

Also, Minors can earn a $25 Member Loyalty reward if they have a $100 account balance on Nov. 302.

Members Can Earn Up to $165 with Member Loyalty

Once you unlock Member Loyalty, you can build your reward monthly by using the four services as described below. The money you earned will be in your account on Dec. 1, 2020.

Cards

The tiers are based on monthly transactions posted to your account during the calendar month. This will be any credit or debit transaction using the credit option.

Disclosures

1Educators Credit Union members will receive one Member Loyalty reward per primary account holder social security number. A member can only receive one reward. Business accounts are eligible if their account uses an Employer Identification Number, not a social security number that is already linked to another Educators Credit Union account. The account earns a reward each month and stops earning rewards on Nov. 30, 2020. Rewards will be in members’ accounts on Dec. 1, 2020. The account must be in good standing on Nov. 30, 2020, to receive the reward. An account is not in good standing if its checking account has been negative for more than 35 days or a loan is overdue for payment. You can earn one monthly reward per service listed. For example, if you have multiple auto loans or leases, it will count as one service. Other restrictions apply. Annual Percentage Yield for Educators Credit Union’s base checking account is 0.01%. The minimum to earn the APY on a checking account is $2,500. The rate may change after the account is open. Rate is accurate as of Jan. 1, 2020.

2Minors will get $25 in their account if they have $100 in their savings on Nov. 30 unless they have earned the standard Member Loyalty reward and it is more than $25.

3Members will only earn one reward per loan type. For example, if a member has two auto loans, they will only earn one $1 reward each month.
