Loyalty Pay Back Reward and eligible Services
For a business to qualify for the $75 Loyalty Pay Back Reward, you have to have a business checking account, business line of credit and a business credit card with Educators. They have to be open and at least two services have to be active in the month of November.
Requirements for account opening
To open any business account you must have:
- Sole Proprietor – Proof of EIN (if applicable)
- Partnership – Proof of EIN and Partnership Agreement*
- Corporation – Proof of EIN and Articles of Incorporation*
- LLC – Proof of EIN and Articles of Organization*
- Tax Exempt Club/Donation – Proof of EIN and Proof of Nonprofit/Tax Exempt Status
*STARTING MAY 1st – All signers including any owner with 25% or more interest will need to provide personally identifiable information (PII) to establish the account. PII includes Name, Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and Valid ID with current address.
