Educators offers auto loans and auto refinancing, mortgages and mortgage refinancing, home equity loans, HELOCs, personal loans, student loans, Visa® credit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later.
A home equity loan gives you a lump sum with a fixed rate and fixed monthly payments. A HELOC is a revolving line of credit. You borrow up to an approved limit, pay it back and borrow again without reapplying. Both use your home’s equity as collateral.
Consolidating combines several debts into one monthly payment, often at a lower rate and with a set payoff date.
