Common Questions About Teller Operated Machines

TOMs located in the lobby can be accessed with account number and SSN. A card with a PIN also works in the lobby.

All TOMs located in the Drive-Thru require a card associated with the account and a PIN to access.

You can set the PIN to your card(s) with our Card Management Widget through our Digital Banking platforms.

You can withdraw up to $2,500 at a self-service machine per day. Anything more than this will need the assistance of a teller.

If a transfer is done before the withdrawal this will count toward the daily withdrawal amount.

Lobby Machines: Can take in and dispense up to 200 bills per transaction. They can also take 50 checks at a time per transaction.

Drive-Thru Machines: Can take in and dispense up to 100 bills per transaction. They also can take up to 50 checks at a time per transaction.

For best experience when depositing checks or cash please make sure they are not folded or ripped. Make sure notes are neatly put together.

To insert more bills choose the “Insert More” button found in the bottom right of the machine. Once the maximum number of bills has been met this button will disappear. To deposit more you’ll need to start a new transaction.

Check hold deposits are based on your account and previous check history. Depositing a check at a TOM does not always guarantee a check hold.
