The branch, located in Drexel Town Square, features a full-service, interactive drive-up called TOMs. A TOM is a Teller Operated Machine that looks like an ATM, but it offers more functionality. When using a TOM, members are connected to an Educators Credit Union staff member through video who will guide them through using the machine. TOMs can assist members with transactions and questions just like a teller. TOMs will also be available inside the branch to assist members.
