All Educators Credit Union offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17 in recognition of Presidents’ Day.
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ASK EVA and Ctrl will still be available to assist members.
Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Mobile Banking is all about giving you the best user experience on your mobile device— whether you’re using Bill Pay, accessing your accounts, transferring funds or depositing a check using Flash Cash.
Apple iOS users: You will get a notification and should update the app.
Android users: You will have to uninstall the current app, then search in the Google Play Store for “Educators WI Mobile Banking” and install the app.
If you are currently experiencing issues on your Android device please update your ECU Mobile Banking app.
How to manually update Android apps:
On your Android smartphone or tablet head to the Google Play Store. …

What do I need to log in?
* Initial registration must be completed in a browser before the Mobile Banking app can be accessed.
If you are an existing Online Banking user and the Primary owner of your Educators account, enter your existing username in the blue login box on the front page of ecu.com. You will be prompted to enter a temporary password to start the registration process. The temporary password is the month and day of the your birthday and the last six digits of your Social Security Number. For example: If your birthday is 04/15/1980 and your SSN is 123-45-6789, your temporary password would be 0415456789. You will then be asked to complete your security profile and verify your contact information before viewing your accounts.
If you are a Joint owner of an Educators account, or new to Online Banking, click “New User” in the blue login box on the front page of ecu.com. Read through and agree to the online banking disclosure and continue your registration, providing identifying information to connect you to the correct account(s), choosing a username and password, set security questions and confidence image.

I keep hearing the word “WIDGET” what is a widget?
A widget is a self-contained mini application that lives and runs on your Online Banking dashboard. Widgets allow you to personalize your Online Banking experience.
Will I have to reset my eStatements?
No, eStatements will remain the same. They are viewable under the e-Statements widget on your Online Banking dashboard.
Will I have to reset my alerts?
Yes. Alerts will not transfer and will need to be set up. In Online Banking, there are many more options for alerts for your convenience.
Can I make deposits with my mobile device?
Yes. Flash Cash is available using the Mobile Banking app on your smartphone. The app was designed for use on smartphones, so it may not function completely on your tablet or iPad.
