Educators Connect Cam™: Not able to make it to a branch during operating hours? No problem. Connect with one of our Connect Cam™ experts to handle most of your financial transactions and questions. Get started at ecu.com or in Online Banking by clicking “Let’s Connect” in the bottom right corner and selecting “Video Chat.” To access this service in Mobile Banking, click the chat bubble icon at the top of the app and select “Video Chat.”
Instant Messaging: Get fast, convenient service from an Educators representative without the need to make a phone call or stop by a branch. Access instant messaging services on both Online and Mobile Banking to connect with our service center, which can handle most of your financial needs.
FlashCash: Did your favorite relative give you a check for Christmas, but you’re not sure when you can make it to the branch to deposit it? With FlashCash on our Mobile Banking app, depositing checks can be done from anywhere, anytime1!
TOMs: More than just a quirky name, our “TOMs” are Teller Operated Machines that handle most transactions whether you are needing service during business hours or after hours. During business hours, you can be connected to an Educators staff member to help guide you through using the machine, completing transactions and more.
