Use Our E-Services to Check on Your Stimulus Payment

Still expecting a stimulus check from the IRS? Check to see if it’s made its way to your account online. Received a paper check? You can cash that from home, too!
The IRS started sending out payments in waves last week. It expects to send out a few million direct deposits or checks every week or so until everyone who qualifies receives their money.
To check on your payment:
- Start with the IRS. The website now has a refund tracker so you can see when your deposit will be on the way.
- Log into Online or Mobile Banking. Online or Mobile Banking lets you see pending transactions or recent deposits. When the IRS first sends your money, it will show as pending for a couple of days before depositing into your account. That’s because it takes a while for the money to be delivered.

Remember, the best way to get the latest information about your stimulus payment is on IRS.gov. The IRS will post all of the latest information and share useful tools on that site.
