Although our lobbies are temporarily closed, YOUR TRANSACTIONS CAN BE DONE FROM HOME OR AT OUR DRIVE-UPS.

Educators’ Online and Mobile Banking allow you to perform most transactions without ever leaving home, including:

  • Transferring money between accounts.
  • Depositing checks from your mobile device through FlashCash.
  • Paying bills using Bill Pay.
  • Make your loan and credit card payments.
  • View transactions histories.

You can apply for a new consumer loan or mortgage loan by contacting us at 262.886.5900 or 800.236.5898 or applying online at www.ecu.com. Most loans can be completed and funded without ever coming to a branch.

Our phone center is also available to assist you. Drive-up locations and our fee-free ATM network will allow you to obtain cash quickly and easily. ATM locations can be found on the Branches & ATMs page of our website.

  1. I use online account access several times a week. When I first started using online services with ECU I was in debt with low account balances. Within three years I was completely out of debt with various Credit Card companies. Having the access and using it to manage my finances I have only my mortgage and a very small debt for a vehicle.
    I think you made a very good move by closing the facility until Covid 19 passes. I also use 1 ATM (Newman) & the windows.
    I especially review my accounts regularly and created budgets for 16 different categories of monthly expenses, created an account for my property taxes and took advantage of special credit card bonuses like Signature’s cash back.
    One very nice feature of ECU is the Protection feature that has saved me multiple hacked bills over the last three years, specifically the Fraud Protection service. I’ve been with ECU ever since the original CU where I was a member joined them.
    I moved everything I had from banks to Educators quite a while back (almost two decades) and have been happy about it ever since.

  2. This could not be a WORST TIME for this to happen. The reason I am so frustrated is that it has happened 10 times ( I have counted my password changes)!!!
    How can this be fixed? I have gone to the bank to fix it now?
    I need to get into my account. Plz answer

  3. Every time I try to log in on my iPad (this is the way I always access my account) a pop-up window appears about the lobby being closed and something about financial help. I click on “no thanks” or “remind me later” and nothing happens and I can not access my accounts. I have even clicked on “learn more”, it took me to another page, I closed it, and I still have the pop up on my login screen and cannot access my accounts. I need to pay my mortgage. Thanks for your help.

  4. I forgot the password I made for my new card. Can you help me? I do not need a password in order to get to my account. Thank you in advance.

  5. I have money in my savings account but I am worried about someone hacking into my account and steeling my savings . Is that a possibility ?
    I am mostly concerned because I use bill pay , and buy items on line with my credit card .
