Educators Credit Union is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and ready to take the necessary precautions to protect you, all of our members, and our staff. While there are a lot of unknowns involving the virus and what impact it has on our community, we want to ensure you our management team is regularly monitoring the situation.
Right now, all our branches are open and ready to help our members as needed. Staff at the branches are regularly cleaning and disinfecting their work areas per CDC guidelines to keep you and our team safe and healthy.
As the situation continues to develop, Educators Credit Union management is prepared to help our members should any branch need to close. That includes providing you with continued access to your account in person, over the phone or online.
While our branches are open, please remember that we have plenty of services to help you manage your account from anywhere you may be. Those include:
- Online and Mobile Banking. With Online Banking and the Mobile Banking app, you can check balances, transfer money, deposit checks from your phone and pay bills.
- ASK EVA®. Our telephone teller program, ASK EVA, makes it easy to manage your account with voice commands or using your phone’s number pad. Just call 800.236.3168.
- The Educators Credit Union Alexa Skill. Just use your Alexa to pay loans, transfer money, get balances and more. All you have to do is enable the skill and say, “Alexa, open Educators Credit Union.”
- A network of 55,00 fee-free ATMs. Find one near you on the Branches & ATMs page of our website.
