New Bill Pay Update

We have an exciting update to the Online Banking Bill Pay widget. The most recent update provides great enhancements to make the widget more functional for our members.

Starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, members can now:

  • Set a default funding account for their payments to be made from.
  • Choose an expedited payment option. Members can get next day payments for $19.95 or second day payments for $14.95.
  • Use the improved recurring payments tab to make it easier to manage your monthly bills.
  • Experience better syncing and accuracy with the widget.

    1. Thank you for your question, Kathleen. Educators Bill Pay service is free to members who pay at least two bills per month. If you enrolled in the service and are not paying at least two bills per month, there is a $5.95 fee.

    1. Hi Karen, we can look at this together through live chat in online banking or over the phone this week at 262.886.5900. If you’ve did two transactions with BillPay in February, I’m not sure why you received the fee but we can correct that when we look at it together.

  1. How do I remove myself from this Bill Paying thing because I’m getting charged 5.95 from this thing every month for at least 5 months now and I dont know where its from and now I know its from this. How do I get it removed?

    1. Thank you for your question, there is a monthly fee of $5.95 when Bill Pay is activated and not being used to pay at least two bills a month. Please give us a call at 262-886-5900 or live chat with us in Online Banking and we can look at this together with you.
