Getting Your Children on the Right Financial Track

Educators Credit Union has always had a focus on the teacher and student. In 1937, when Educators was established, it was called the Racine Teachers’ Credit Union. That philosophy of helping young minds grow and assisting those in the educational field hasn’t stopped.

That’s why Educators want you and your children to be financially educated so that when the real world comes calling, everyone will be prepared.

An example of Educators commitment is with the FoolProof program. FoolProof is an educational program offered to high school students through Educators and FoolProof Financial Education.

The end goal of the program is better prepare younger generations for money management aligned with Wisconsin’s Model Academic Standards for Personal Financial Literacy.

FoolProof has over 10 hours of classroom work through five interactive online education modules. That way, you can study and learn on your schedule. And you won’t feel overwhelmed as you can complete it all in stages, not all at once.

Teachers can use FoolProof to get a gauge of where students are in understanding the financial process. There is a Teachers Guide with built-in lesson plans along with an online student center so you are totally covered.
